Milia Travel & Tourism is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by third-party providers.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milia Travel & Tourism, its employees and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Riyadh courts.
14. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. القبول بالشروط
باستخدامكم لموقعنا، فإنكم تقرّون بقراءة هذه الشروط وفهمها والموافقة عليها، بالإضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية. تحتفظ ميليا للسفر والسياحة بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
2. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 81 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام خدماتنا. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 81 عامًا، يمكنك استخدام الموقع بموافقة ولي الأمر.
3. الخدمات المقدمة
نقدم مجموعة واسعة من خدمات السفر والسياحة المصممة لجعل رحلتك سلسة وممتعة ولا تُنسى. تشمل خدماتنا — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — الاستشارات السياحية وتخطيط العطلات المخصصة والعروض الحصرية للسفر الترفيهي والعملي والديني. كما نتعاون مع شركاء موثوقين لتقديم خدمات الحجز والمساعدة في التأشيرات والنقل وترتيبات السفر الأخرى بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتك و ميزانيتك. تخضع جميع الخدمات لشروط الشركاء وأنظمة السياحة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
4. إنشاء الحساب
قد تتطلب بعض الخدمات إنشاء حساب. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة، وأنتم مسؤولون عن سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول.
5. التزامات المستخدم
يُستخدم الموقع لأغراض قانونية فقط. ويُمنع إساءة الاستخدام أو القيام بأنشطة احتيالية أو مخالفة لأنظمة المملكة بما في ذلك أنظمة وزارة السياحة وهيئة الاتصالات.
6. الدفع والفواتير
يجب تقديم بيانات دفع دقيقة. الأسعار والتوافر قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. تتم عمليات الاسترجاع وفقًا لأنظمة حماية المستهلك وسياسات الشركاء.
7. ملكية المحتوى
جميع محتويات الموقع (الشعارات، النصوص، الصور) مملوكة لميليا للسفر والسياحة ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
8. الروابط الخارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع أخرى مثل شركات الطيران والفنادق، ونحن غير مسؤولين عن محتواها أو سياساتها.
9. سياسة الخصوصية
يخضع استخدامكم للموقع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا والمتوافقة مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة.
01. شروط الحجز والتعديلات
تُؤكد الحجوزات بعد الدفع. تخضع أي تعديلات أو إلغاءات لسياسات مزودي الخدمات. ولا نُتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخيرات ناتجة عن التأشيرات أو الرحلات الجوية.
11. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تتحمل ميليا للسفر والسياحة أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو الخسائر الناتجة عن مزودي الخدمة من الأطراف الثالثة.
21. التعويض
توافق على تعويض ميليا للسفر والسياحة وموظفيها وشركائها عن أي مطالبات أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدامك للموقع أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.
31. القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويتم حل النزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض.
41. تعديل الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من حين لآخر، ويُعتبر استمراركم في استخدام الموقع قبولًا للشروط المُحدَّثة.
